Applications
Li2YCYv (TP)

Low-capacitance screened data cable, Twisted PE pairs, Reinforced PVC black jacket, suitable for indoors and outdoors. Particulary suitable for wiring data systems with transmission rates up to 10 Megabits per second. Cables of this type intendet for limited flexible use, and fixed installation in dry or damp rooms.

Design
  • Conductor: Stranded bare copper wires,
    class 2 ( 0.22 mm2, 0.34 mm2, 0.50 mm2 )
    class 5 ( 0.25 mm2, 1.00 mm2, 1.50 mm2 )
    to EN 60228
  • Insulation: Polyethylene
  • Core identification: Colour code to DIN 47100
  • Assembly: Cores twisted in pairs and then pairs stranded in layers.
  • Separating foil: Polyester foil with a suitable thickness and overlapping.
  • Screen: Braided screening made of tinned copper wire,
    coverage approx. 85 ± 5 % or another by agreement.
    Drain wire under the braid by agreement.
  • Outer sheath: PVC Type TM2 to ЕN 50 363-4-1
    Shore A: 77 ± 3
    Colour black RAL 9005
