HSLCH JB/OB

Halogen-free control cables with enhanced fire protection, copper braided screening, 300/500V
Applications
LiYCY JB/OB 0.6/1 kV

Halogen free, flame retardant control cables for occasional flexible use and fixed installation subject to normal mechanical load conditions. Applicable in public buildings, airports, railway stations, plant engineering and construction, air conditioning systems and particularly where human and animal life as well as valuable property are exposed to high risk of fire hazards. The copper braided screening prevents electrical and magnetic interference of the control cable with the environment.

Design
  • Conductor: Stranded bare copper wires, class 5 to EN 60228
  • Insulation: Halogen free compound TI6 acc. to EN 50 363-7
  • Core identification: HSLCH-JB - Cables of 3 and to 5 cores: coloured cores according to
DIN VDE 0293-308 and a green-yellow core as a protective conductor
HSLCH-OB - Cables of 2 cores only: coloured cores according to
    DIN VDE 0293-308 without a green-yellow core
  • Construction: From cross section 0.50 mm2 up to 6.00 mm2
  • Assembly: Cores stranded in layers with or without the
green-yellow core in the outer layer.
  • Separating foil: Polyester foil with a suitable thickness and overlapping.
  • Screen: Braided screening made of tinned cooper wire, coverage
    approax. 85 ± 5 % or another by agreement.
  • Outer sheath: Halogen free compound TM7 acc. to ЕN 50 363-8.
Colour grey RAL 7001 or another by agreement.
