YSL11Y-JZ/OZ

Control flexible cables with PVC insulation and TPU sheath, 300/500V
Applications
YSL11Y-JZ/OZ

Connection and control cables with Polyurethan outer sheath for flexible use and fixed installation, for medium mechanical abuse. They are also use in dry, damp or wet rooms. Suitable for the connection of electrical tools with improved oil-, abrasion- and impact-resistance.

Design
  • Conductor: Stranded bare copper wires, class 5 to EN 60228 (DIN VDE 0295)
  • Insulation: PVC Type TI2 to EN 50 363-3
    Shore A: 88±3
  • Core identification: YSL11Y-JZ - Cables of 3 or more cores: black cores
with white figures imprint and a green-yellow core as a protective conductor
YSL11Y-OZ - Cables of 2 or more cores: black cores
with white figures imprint without a green-yellow core
  • Construction: From cross section 0.50 mm2 up to 16.00 mm2
  • Assembly: Cores stranded in layers with/ without the green-yellow core in the outer layer.
It is possible some constructions to be wrapped with Fleece foil:
All construction above no.10 conductors with crossection 0.50 mm2 up to 2.50 mm2
All consruction with crossection 4,6,10 and 16 mm2
  • Outer sheath: TPU compound acc. to ЕN 50 363-10-2
Colour grey RAL 7001 or another by agreement
    * The PUR is suitable to be used for manufacturing of
cable jacketing in contact with sea water
